Refund Policy
All sales are final. We operate on a build-at-your-own-risk basis. Any claims for missing or damaged parts require a continuous, unedited unboxing video (Mandatory Unboxing Protocol). Crank Town acts as a facilitator, not a manufacturer — liability for manufacturing defects lies with the third-party manufacturer. Total liability is capped at the original purchase price. Governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within a set number of business days (no weekend or holiday shipping). International orders ship DAP (Delivered at Place) — the buyer is the Importer of Record and is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs compliance. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Damaged package claims require the Mandatory Unboxing Protocol video.

We collect personal information such as contact details, financial info, transaction data, and device/usage info to provide our services, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.
